You need to post your HEAT account number and transaction id / block height / time of transaction please, otherwise support can't help you.

Hi,

Is there an offline paper wallet generator available for HEAT?

Thanks,

Zeroth
You can create "paper wallet" by just using the wallet front page account generator on a computer that's offline, to generate your 12-word secret phrase.

We have a prototype QR code generator for mobile, which may in the future be adapted to the HEAT wallet configuration.

Account ID for most purposes is still the numeric version.

We were under impression you contacted support through other channels also. However if that's not the case and you're still wondering -

Click on the LOAD BTC button on the exchange page while logged in, and follow the intructions there.  The asset transfer message field will become visible when a valid receiver account has been input.

Heatwallet.com was out of service earlier today. If you experience access problems like that, it usually helps to run your own node through the wallet software obtainable from https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatwallet/releases, connect to local node, download blockchain (usually takes approx. 15 minutes) and import your account's secret phrase through OPTIONS -> ADD.

Manual withdrawals are currently not always fulfilled within 24 hours, although most are. Your payment was done within 48 hours.

If your account has never been used before, and you haven't used the email account format within registration process but are instead logging in with your own secret phrase, that display is normal.

Heatwallet.com web site had a temporary malfunction, not serving blockchain content properly. In these circumstances you could use the downloadable HEAT server to set up your own node and access the network normally.

The heatwallet.com problem was corrected later yesterday.
