You can share your account ID in the trollbox in the heat exchange and someone will help you out for sure. The fee is there for a reason, everyone who deposit btc on a new account should receive 0.05 heat for trading.

HEATLEDGER 2.3.2
We unfortunately introduced a bug in the previous 2.3.1 version basically making 2.3.1 incompatible with the last official guaranteed to work hard fork version 2.2.0 and its followup 2.3.0.
This version solves the problem where certain transactions could not be included in blocks forged by 2.3.1.
Apart from this fix we also fixed a bug in the display of transactions in the block explorer.

Limit reached... Is everything broken on Heat?
I have money in my heat wallet and can't spend it because they have a ridiculous fee which doesn't allow me to buy Heat if I don't have Heat yet I have BTC. Now I cant get on to slack to discuss this with someone. Ripping my hair out!

Hey guys - I have transferred BTC to my HEAT wallet but I can't do anyhting. I cant buy or sell anything, it says that I need HEAT... But how can I buy HEAT if I don't have ANY HEAT?

I got my HEAT back and then tried to sell them again, but then cancelled them as I put in the wrong price. But they are still back in my wallet.
I will wait a couple of days and then try again.

Hi Colin, there are some irregularities with heatwallet in the past few days, combined with some forks. These forks have been solved now, but heatwallet is still undergoing an update. Once updated, the order book should be fixed again, and the explorer should show up clearly. You can check back again once the wallet is up again to see whether your trade did push through.
