EDIT: Job completed - result visible at http://heatledger.com/papers/HEATComparison.pdf

We require a comparison chart of HEAT technology compared to some other crypto platforms, at least the following:

- Bitcoin
- Steem
- Ethereum
- Waves
- Ardor
- Bitshares

- Any others that promise to carry:

Asset-to-asset exchange
OR scalability of 100+ tps
OR sliced file blockchain

Required parameters for comparison: features, technology used (PoW, PoS, DPos etc.), actual tps max capacity, blockchain size, expected blockchain growth rate. We'll supply this info for HEAT.

Bounty: about 0.25 BTC or more, depending on the scale of work and paid after delivery, pdf invoice required

Written report / table needed within 7 days max. Reply to this thread to reserve the job.

Hmm reminds me of something like these comparisons:
Comparison Example 1
Comparison Example 2
Comparison Example 3

Certainly, one must include Bitshares when comparing scalable a2a exchanges.

BitShares - Your share in the Decentralized Exchange
Hello I can make a comparison chart of heat vs competitors. You can reserved me this job

Good material, already part of the job done there :)

Thanks kani. I had it in mind but accidentally omitted.

Excellent. Please go ahead and ask any questions on this thread or through PM.

Okay I do research now and make a comparison chart now.You can provide me some specification of heat

Seems a lot that is not on any of those charts is going on in heat.
What comes to mind.

  • Architecture ready to scale in size (no limit to blockchain size)
  • Ready to scale in speed (give it enough RAM/CPU and it will eventually [needs further optimizations - but possible] do 50,000+ tx/s)
  • Asset exchange that does asset-to-asset, issue more assets, private assets with custom rules
  • Support for javascript based micro services that run in the heat core
  • Asynchronous networking (akka) and 2nd generation (smart) p2p network
  • Perhaps also a comparison of block/acocunt/txn storage (heat has a custom built - specifically for crypto storage solution)
  • Not sure how to compare replication? Seems most other coins dont have that functionality defined as such and made it a reusable feature for 3rd party developers
  • Highly modular/reusable client framework (some/most crypto clients/ui are true pieces of crap)
  • etc..

Btw. with micro services i'm talking about the Decentralized Services concept mentioned in the whitepaper.
Somehow it seems micro service is a much better term https://smartbear.com/learn/api-design/what-are-microservices/

"API based on standard ..." could also be a good one.
Would come down to NONE, OPENAPI or https://apiblueprint.org/ (dont know any other).

HEAT does openapi, afaik waves also should be openapi compatible although not sure if operational/completed.

This is the partial comparison chart if you have find a wrong information about others coin please give me the correct information to get replace it to make more informative comparison chart before I send to the admin

I have a market cap comparison graph too with heat between other coins.

you should put Ardor/Nxt on this list.

Also it is starting to get to big for a gif, it needs to be interactive.

Also a video explanation should be made for youtube.

HEAT should be now active on an expert explanation of heat ready for youtube just like Dash did.

A video course into the parts of heat

The series should cover the uses and potentials of heat.

Maybe approach the girl that does the dash videos, she is freelance and also she is INTO crypto so will pick it up and speak honestly.

Well maybe add dash too.

Is heat going to be the New Year coin?

Ardor is in the list you have information about the ardor blockchain size and growth rate

I would remove Bitcoin and steem.

Do not seem on the same page..

Good start, but we need spreadsheet chart, not image file.

TPS figures are all wrong. What are they based on?

Most features are also wrong. I don't know any coins which have Decentralized Applications in a way HEAT does. All the info needs sources. Please coordinate this privately.

Ah okay because I gather this information in thier website like in bitshare they said can handle 100,00 TPS.But anyway we can change into it
