 I try to login to my account and on the top right there is an big exclamation point symbol that says UNKNOW ACCOUNT.My Account：#12016909078051214898

If your account has never been used before, and you haven't used the email account format within registration process but are instead logging in with your own secret phrase, that display is normal.
