Login Issues?

I bought some Heat during the ICO, and am trying to get into my wallet via web, but having some issues…


a) the website is asking for a username () - except I was only given an address/number, not a username.

b) the space for the “secret phrase” already contains a phrase, and nothing can be pasted in there - only what’s there copied.


How am I supposed to get into the wallet?
