There seem to be issues with the user cap in Slack as well as some other annoying stuff, hence some community members are currently looking into alternatives, such as Riot. Hoping that there will be proper updates soon!

Limit reached... Is everything broken on Heat?

I have money in my heat wallet and can't spend it because they have a ridiculous fee which doesn't allow me to buy Heat if I don't have Heat yet I have BTC. Now I cant get on to slack to discuss this with someone. Ripping my hair out!

You can share your account ID in the trollbox in the heat exchange and someone will help you out for sure. The fee is there for a reason, everyone who deposit btc on a new account should receive 0.05 heat for trading.
